I have been a Licensed Clinical Therapist since 2012. I specialize in treatment for adolescents and young adults, relationship exploration for couples, pre-marital counseling, family issues, women’s issues, life adjustment issues and trauma.

There are times where you will need to navigate life’s challenges - this is where I can partner with you. I am experienced in treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, life cycle changes, PTSD, trauma, and guiding clients through life skill building. My mode of therapy includes a hands-on and holistic approach, as well as the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Expressive Art & Music Inspired Therapy and Life Skill Building. It is important to heal your mind, body and spirit collectively.
