I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker and licensed in North Dakota with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist and case manager. I have worked with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also have a background in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, complex trauma, military veterans, domestic violence and sexual assault.

My therapy style is open and inviting. I do believe in respect and giving the client the autonomy to make their own decisions that best suit their lifestyle. Empowerment for you as an individual is what I strive to inspire in you through cognitive behavioral approaches, supportive listening, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. Each individual is unique as each approach, dialogue and treatment plan is designed to suit your needs.

It does take courage to reach out, however that is the first step in accomplishing your goals to reaching where you want to see yourself. I look forward to working with you!
