I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and hope to empower clients to live healthier, more balanced lives! I have experience with clients from across the lifespan and employ various modalities in my practice. I hope to join with you - together, we can make sense of what your needs are and use your personal strengths to get you to a better place. I pay particular attention to diversity, culture and beliefs and how these shape and impact emotional well-being. I am POC and LGBTQ affirming and speak Spanish. I look forward to helping you along your journey toward better mental health!
