I have been working as a licensed therapist and substance abuse counselor for the past 15 year I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best and is capable of accomplishing that. It is my role as the therapist to meet each client where they are at support them along the way to reach their full potential and goals. I strive to create a compassionate, empathetic and interactive environment so client feel safe in their self care journey. My treatment approach is through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, integrating yoga for trauma and substance abuse, and mindful based substance abuse (
