My approach is to help individuals achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles that may be hindering their ability to live the happiest version of themselves. I believe an important step in this process is developing and maintaining a genuine relationship with the client, as well as providing a warm and safe environment. I also believe in the importance of focusing on an individual's strengths and attributes while identifying goals in order to grow and improve oneself. I have experience working with all ages and a broad therapeutic background in working with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, as well as family/relationship conflict and self-identify. I provide clients with the tools and skills to use outside of session in order to improve overall mental health. My belief is that everyone has the ability to improve their lives, with the first steps being wanting change and having hope.
