With over 15 years of diverse experience, in Illinois I can help you help yourself. I graduated from the Chicago School of Professional psychology in 2009 and I have a Masters in Forensic Psychology. I am a LCPC and have worked with adolescents and adult individuals as well as groups. I have correctional experience as well as community mental health experience and feel that my unique path has taught me everything I know today.

I like to utilize CBT, DBT and talk therapy approaches to treat Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and other life issues. I like to challenge my clients in a way that gets you motivated and helps you gain insight. I hold my clients accountable for their actions and support them in their goals. Everyone is different and I try to look at the whole picture and tailor your sessions to you as an individual.

Therapy can be scary but don't let the idea of talking to someone you have never met keep you from trying it. I use humor and creativity in sessions to help you help yourself. Your mental/emotional health is just as important as your physical health, take care of yourself.
