I understand how difficult it can be to make that first step of reaching out to a counselor, but I am here to guide you through it! Your first session with me will give you the opportunity to talk about why you have chosen to participate in therapy and what issues you are experiencing in your life that you would like to change. As partners, we will work together to decide how I can best help you. I am trained in CBT and Solution Focused Therapy, but also teach a lot of communication/relationship building skills during sessions. I have a lot of experience with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues - but of course I've seen it all! I can't wait to get started working with you:)
