If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or life stressors, I am here to help! I can guide you to feelings of safety. I create an open, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. I am here to give you tools, advice, and a listening ear. Sometimes even only opening up and sharing can be very cathartic and relieve a lot of weight off of our shoulders. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything.
