I believe life happens to all of us and we all need help at times. I strive to understand what your goals are, how it shapes who you are today and the person you want to be become. With so many factors impacting us today, I want our work together to be a safe, supportive, relaxed and straightforward place to discover new parts of yourself and reach your goals.
My experience in life and as a counselor/therapist for over 15 years, have shaped who I am and what I find to be helpful for my clients. I help my clients find the ways to navigate life's up and downs and come out a stronger, more confident person.
