Hello, I'm licensed in Illinois with 22 years of professional work experience as a Therapist. Primarily, I work with adults who are looking to improve their overall health and wellness and would like to manage their stress, anxiety, and relationship or parenting issues better and in a sustainable, holistic manner. I firmly believe that therapy, partnered with other health-promoting activities, encourages optimal well-being, and working with a trusted, seasoned therapist can help you identify the missing pieces that may be getting overlooked and getting in your way.

We work together to sort through the ever-changing landscape of your life: it is always relational work and we look at the myriad of other contextual details that shape your experience for better or worse. Helping clients do better and be better in relationships, focusing on their strengths (and their partners or loved ones) and finding solutions is a mission. It is especially rewarding to work with parents on the myriad of issues that commonly arise: I have a natural ability and lend my years of parenting experience to assist in reducing power struggles, and creating more harmonious homes and family life. connect, allowing me to get to the heart of the matter, often quickly, to help you move forward in ways that are meaningful.
