As a seasoned Social Worker with a decade of experience, I bring a compassionate and insightful approach to therapy. I obtained my Clinical Social Work License in 2020 after completing my Masters in 2014. In 2023, I earned a Doctorate of Social Work from Aurora University.

My therapeutic practice is diverse, catering to adults, parents, couples, teens, and youth. Over the years, I've developed a specialization in addressing various issues such as Neurodivergence, Attachment or Relationship Issues, Family Dynamics, Workplace Burnout, Racial Stress & Trauma, LGBTQ issues, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Life Transitions, Parent Coaching, and Childhood Trauma.

In therapy, I firmly believe that you hold the keys to your own healing and growth. My role is that of a supportive guide, utilizing therapeutic techniques to unearth the answers within you.

Drawing from a rich toolkit of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Logotherapy, Existentialism, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Therapy, Self-Psychology, Bowen’s Family System, and Humor Psychology, I tailor my methods to suit your unique needs and preferences.
