Nicole works with teens, young adults, adults and couples with a special interest in anxiety and depression disorders, women’s issues, pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum periods of life. Nicole uses a cognitive behavioral approach to dig deeper into her client’s struggles allowing them to gain insight into their lives. Nicole provides a safe and comfortable space for clients to open up encouraging vulnerability; assisting her clients to create connections, and to motivate change. Nicole values the therapeutic relationships she builds with her clients and strives to help them to achieve their desired goals by challenging their thoughts, behaviors and cognitions. Nicole’s specialties include anxiety disorders, depression, and perinatal mental health. Nicole works alongside therapy Certified Therapy Dog, Paisley, to provide Animal Assisted Therapy providing specialized care when appropriate.
