I believe we all have purpose, value and can contribute to our world in meaningful ways. I want to help you realize your potential and live a happy and fulfilling life. I strive to help people feel comfortable with the therapy process and feel hope that things can and will be better. I take a non-judgmental, curious, and accepting approach. I believe therapy is a partnership and not something that is done to you in a passive manner. If you are stuck, tired of feeling depressed, anxious, or bad about yourself, I will help you realize the steps you need to take to make positive change through positive regard, encouragement, and honest dialogue and feedback. Together, you will learn about yourself, what you need, and how to obtain what you need to be the best version of yourself. I have 20 years plus experience in mental health in a variety of settings. A majority of my experience is working for an Employee Assistance Program helping adults with relationship issues, grief, stress, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Along with my professional licensure, I am also certified as a life coach, which enhances the skills that I have in connecting, motivating, and being a partner to positive change.
