I have experience in helping clients with issues related to stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, depression, relationship concerns, and life changes, among other things. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including elements from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
