I specialize in working with anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD. I have experience working with clients who want to improve their coping skills, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, communication, and frustration management. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and art therapy, to help my clients reach their social and emotional goals. I am flexible in how much or how little art, worksheets, books/resources, and "homework" tasks are utilized. I like to meet my client where they are and create an individualized path towards progress.
