I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker and have experience working with people who experienced trauma and abuse for over 7 years. What is your approach to therapy? I provide a supportive, judgement free space for clients to share their struggles while being heard and validated. I utilize a Person-Centered approach and Trauma Focused and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
