As a therapist, I believe each person is in charge of their own destiny. I am just here to facilitate the journey toward their goals. I will help to provide options, but the end result is up to you. I will help you create a goal or many goals, and help create a path to meet those goals. If you do not know what your goal is, I will help you create SMART goals that are attainable by you. I help to evaluate irrational thinking and work to change to rational thinking. Sometimes we have adapt and overcome. Sometimes we have to adjust the goal as life gets in the way. I am also a nurse and have a vast knowledge of the medical world as well. I am looking forward to heading down this path with you. I am excited to see the final outcome of your success.
