My clients are typically women looking to create a healthier way of being in their day to day lives. They are striving to balance motherhood, and/or career, chronic stressors, as well as a sense of self. They are searching for the things that make them feel like their day is going as it should. I specialize in women dealing with ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, perinatal and postnatal issues, as well perimenopause and menopause. I am a licensed clinical social worker with certifications in behavior change and nutrition. I am passionate about health and helping my clients create a health identity. A health identity includes addressing stress, sleep, movement, and fuel. We work together to create a custom program. I aim to nurture and support my clients as well as work with them to find the best versions of themselves. I provide a personalized experience based on what matters most to each client. I understand that life can present many twists and turns, and with a health identity I believe life can be managed differently.
