Are you adjusting to a new phase in your life and feeling overwhelmed? Are you having difficulties managing relationships with loved ones? Are you feeling anxious, or misunderstood? During these difficult times, it is helpful to speak to someone in a supportive space. I will tailor treatment to your needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Together we will work towards identifying goals and develop a plan to achieve them. I work with a broad range of clients from adolescents to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationships. I believe taking care of your mental health is pertinent to living a healthy life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in substance abuse counseling from Adelphi University. I integrate different therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to tailor treatment to your needs. Together we will explore and confront difficult topics at your speed while changing negative thinking patterns, managing difficult emotions, and improving communication skills.
