I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I've been providing psychotherapy to clients for more than six years. While my early training and experience led me to work with children and adolescents, my primary focus is working with adults and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and addictions. I hold a certification with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I've worked with men and women struggling with sexual addiction as well as betrayed partners of sex addicts. I also work with couples in recovery for sexual addiction and infidelity.

My counseling style is relational, warm, and direct. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques to work on concrete goals. My style is to give direct feedback and make real-time interventions based on interpersonal feedback. Working with clients is truly a life passion and I am honored to sit with clients at any stage of their own healing process.
