I have been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings for over 15 years. I have been fulfilled at helping my clients work through challenging times and reach their goals. I am a solution-focused therapist with an emphasis on a strength-based approach. I believe that the problems we face, there is a solution to relieve or correct the stressors, hurt and or damage. With my assistance, my clients are able to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and resources to improve ANY situation causing distress.
I have extensive work with clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Medical Illness and Injury Counseling, Military/Civilian Sexual Trauma, Veteran and Caregiver Related Stressors.
I am a non-conventional therapist, easy to talk to and very down to earth. I'm am ready to be your sounding board and help guide you to a healthier and happier future.
I will accept video and telephone clients, upon request and coordination.
