Hi there, I'm Nicole! As a licensed clinician with over 17 years of experience providing psychotherapy, my approach is first to ensure we are a good fit so that you can feel safe and comfortable in working towards your goals. We are a team that works collaboratively to work toward therapeutic progress. I strive to ensure my clients feel valued, accepted, and heard. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also enjoy working with all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with trauma, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, and loss. The modalities I incorporate are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theories, and Psychodynamic and Behavioral Therapy.
