I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the Social Services field since 2001. I am a strengths-based, solution-focused practitioner who has an extensive background in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and mood disorders. I have provided individual, family, group and couples therapy to clients of all ages and walks of life. My therapeutic approach is accepting, kind, and holistic with an infusion of humor. I am also an affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community.
