My name is Nicole Chess and I have over 10 years of experience in the Marriage and Family therapy field. One of my passions for helping people is in the area of Sport Psychology, in sports such as golf, archery among others. I am also a licensed therapist. My therapeutic experience is rich in diversity as I have worked in settings such as hospitals, schools, churches, non-profits, private clinics, and a corporation in the tech industry. I believe each person is unique and therefore my approach is unique to each client. I use a person-centered philosophy while incorporating CBT and will encourage and teach you to use visualization to reach your dreams and goals. As mentioned, one of my key specialties is sport psychology and my ability to connect deeply with my clients with a profound sense of understanding, delicately balanced with educating my client with a wide array of knowledge and skills that can be applied and utilized in sport or in everyday life.
