I am a counselor and yoga teacher with experience working with clients that have experienced trauma and/or domestic violence. I utilize a trauma sensitive approach to counseling, integrating mindfulness and yoga to promote healing. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, holistic, and relational- this means I explore a client's presenting concerns alongside them and decide what feels right and authentic to the individual. I value honesty and authenticity, and this shines through in each therapeutic alliance created in my space. As a client allow me to know them, I do the same, as I believe genuine connection is the key to healing. My clients have found this modern, holistic approach to therapy creates meaningful, long-lasting change in their lives.

I am a proponent of holistic therapy that addresses all of your parts. This kind of therapy integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being. Its goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself on all these levels. I've seen tremendous growth and healing with my clients using this holistic lens.
