My approach is non judgemental and client centered. I am passionate about helping others grow through mental health and realize that life can be challenging and creating change can be difficult. I have been providing individuals with mental health treatment for 8 years and find my clinical strength is with individuals who struggle with thinking pattern errors, anxiety, depression, anger, parenting and marriage discourse. I focus a lot on thinking patterns, emotions, behaviors and their connections as well as building insight and awareness into thoughts and behaviors that create barriers in life or sustain challenges. My objective is to create an atmosphere of acceptance. Understanding and to allow clients to feel safe while processing their thoughts and feelings while gently providing psycho education and techniques to assist.
