As a licensed Master's Clinical Counselor, I offer therapy to adults, adolescents, and teenagers in a safe, empathetic setting. I have a passion to assist helping people work through brokenness and find healing so they may become better equipped to navigate through life difficulties and fully engage in the pursuit of happiness. I believe counseling involves a professional relationship that is based on trust, empathetic listening, and an environment that creates and fosters individuals to feel safe. I also believe the outcome of therapy is highly correlated with a clients willingness to fully engage in the therapeutic process. I strive to provide an atmosphere where individuals feel comfortable sharing their concerns and can gain insight and tools to become better equipped on dealing with life's difficulties. I work with clients to develop effective coping skills to better manage thoughts, feelings, and explore how this may be impacting quality of life. Together we will establish goals as we look at past and current issues and examine how clients view themselves and their surroundings. A better quality of life is possible and I am dedicated in assisting clients work through issues to achieve this.
