Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience providing counseling services to those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. I am also a childbirth educator who has worked with many expectant couples and new parents in navigating pregnancy, birth, and the numerous transitions involved with becoming a parent. I also have experience in adoption and family systems. I am passionate about social justice and hope to empower my clients to advocate for themselves and others. I believe strongly in the inherent strength that we all possess and therapy is a tool to tap into that strength.

I utilize an eclectic approach to treating clients. I acknowledge that my clients are the experts on themselves. My goal is to work together to find out what will help them at this stage of life. I find that a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and self care is an effective balance for many individuals but I also recognize that others might need something else so I am open to the insights and intuition of the client.
