I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting clients and helping them transition through difficult times of worry or stress by building resilience and using healthier coping skills as a way for positive change. My goal is to develop a meaningful and trusting relationship that meets clients where they are at in life to help them identify goals, enhance skills, and make plans to address areas in need of self-growth.
