Hi! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I went to John F Kennedy University where I achieved a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I use Dialectical Behavioral therapy to help clients be mindful to their current emotion, teach emotion regulation and distress tolerance coping skills, and help them learn skills to become more interpersonally effective. When these skills are in place, I use exposure to help the clients use the skills adaptively across domains to help them live happier lives with healthier relationships.
