Hi, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, committed to helping individuals embark on their healing journey. I view therapy through a holistic lens, incorporating evidence-based modalities that address the mind, body, and soul. In our sessions I will work through a trauma informed lense and encorporate elements of Internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness based therapy and somatics.
