I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist and addictions counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, relapse prevention, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
