We will collaboratively develop a safe space to explore your needs and desires, overcome barriers, and work towards growth, awareness, and self-acceptance. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is integrative and I pull from cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person- centered approaches to assist my clients in the therapeutic process. My goal is that you leave sessions with feeling energized and hopeful about your future and ability to enact positive change. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Life is complicated and in our ever-changing world, we may find that we would benefit from the support in navigating and improving upon various dimensions of ourselves and our day-to-day that can impact our functioning.
