My name is Nicole! I am a provider of telehealth counseling services. I am extremely grateful that you have come here searching for support. My ideal client is one who is open to experiencing growth and change, even if you are not quite sure what that change might look like.
I will help you navigate through present and past issues and self-exploration practices that will lead towards a more balanced life. I operate from a strength based, cognitive behavioral perspective, but tailor all interventions to meet you where you are at this moment in life.
My experience includes working with individuals, families, and small groups across the lifespan who present with issues related to adjustment, relationships, depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, anger, stress, and much more. I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you.
