As humans we all long to feel connected in some way. We would work together to do exactly this. I would work with you to help you feel connected. I want to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible while allowing you to have the time you need. I teach mindfulness skills and CBT strategies to help you learn how to control your thinking and emotions. I teach coping skills to help people deal with anxiety and stress. I am EMDR trained so I understand the impact of trauma on a person's body and mind. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

I first started working with sexually abusive youth. I helped these clients to manage their sexual behaviors and their trauma. I currently work with incarcerated woman. I work to help these woman manage complex trauma and substance abuse issues.
l have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am EMDR trained and am an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have a specialty in Technology Assisted Counseling.
