I have been providing counseling for over 20 years with a variety of clientele. I believing in person centered counseling and focusing on a person's experiences as they see them and helping them work through these with self reflection, relaxation techniques and positive self talk. I believe in seeing the issues someone is having through their perspective and offer what I see and if that aligns with what the client is experiencing. I believe in exploring family dynamics and childhood experiences to determine if that’s impacting functioning as an adult.
