I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in Virginia with over 10 years of experience. As a psychotherapist, counselor educator, and life coach, I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, OCD, emotional trauma, phobias, and life adjustment challenges. Whatever your concern is, I endeavor to support you without judgment and encourage your personal growth.

My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels or remaining stagnant in life. My approach combines a client-centered approach with cognitive-behavioral therapy. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy to assist you in reaching your therapeutic goals. I will focus our dialog on your specific needs to create a unique treatment plan that will incorporate your self-identified goals.
