I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas for the last 5 years. I graduated with a Master's of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University in 2014 and have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, middle school, and short-term crisis counseling.

Using evidence-based treatment and modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused theories, I am and empathetic clinician who loves working with parents, adolescents, and adults in order to help them manage anxiety, stress, depression, parenting issues, individuals with trauma history, and many other life issues that arise.
