Hello, my name is Nichole Warner. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho with more than six years working in mental health. As you move into this next chapter, let this be the time where your truest self emerges. I honor and welcome you as you are. My hope is to help create a space of genuine connection where you feel comfortable to explore, laugh, cry, and begin to reconcile parts of you that in the past may have been hurt, unaccepted, or not fully realized. I believe that you are your own best guide and have everything inside of you that you need to heal. My approach is to walk beside you and provide space for you to access the infinite possibilities of healing within you. My clinical approach includes trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven and effective way to treat symptoms related to PTSD, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I also utilize other interventions to assist with mind/body connection, such as somatic processing.
