Hello,
First and foremost, congratulations on taking this step to work on you. Starting therapy can be intimidating but together we can reach your therapeutic goals. I have my doctorate degree in counseling, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of clinical mental health experience. I am a solution focused and strengths-based clinician. I help clients to identify and focus on their strengths in order to navigate the various challenges of life. I work with individuals and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, marital issues, parenting challenges, divorce and life transitions. If you are dealing with any of these issues or if you are unsure of what exactly you are dealing with and just want to talk, please reach out to me. I do have additional opening with scheduling live sessions but I do ask that you touch bases with me prior to scheduling a live session so that we can agree on a time slot that works for the both of us.
