I believe in unconditional compassion and use a client-centered approach as a way to promote growth and help clients of all races, genders, and cultures. I will strive to guide you or your family member in making positive and sustainable changes that will ultimately assist in experiencing a more rewarding and satisfying life. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. I pride myself on rendering high-quality mental health services and employ a therapeutic style that can be applied to a wide variety of presenting problems. I use a holistic approach that includes interventions from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic and Schema Focused Therapy. I also incorporate ones culture and identity into my practice where interventions will be culturally aware and calculated to cater to your needs.
