I meet my clients where they are at, offering a safe and judgement-free space to share what is going on. Together, we can remove the roadblocks in your way and get back on track. I offer a relational and conversational style of therapy, where I use a variety of evidenced-based practices to facilitate change. I have been working in the mental health field for over twelve years. In addition to private practice, I work with the County of San Mateo, where I serve as an expert witness. I am also on the Committee for Complex Clients, where I consult on best practices. Together, we can redefine your past, create a better present and ensure a meaningful future.
