Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn about me, reaching out for help is sometimes the hardest step.

I am a Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals, ages 3 to adult in a variety of settings, with a broad range and severity of clinical issues, including complex trauma/abuse, adjustment, anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), family conflict, mood and personality disorders. My career started in a partial hospitalization setting with children, focused on behavior and crisis management. I knew I had a love for helping others overcome some of their toughest struggles. I continued my work in both community and private settings, providing counseling to children and adults. More recently, I have dedicated my time to advocating for more mental health support in our society, schools and institutions. I truly believe self-care is key to success and that has been lost in our busy society.

My approach to counseling is solution-focused, but most importantly, it will be working with you as a team! We will identify your most important concerns and define your goals for reaching out to Find A Therapist. It will be important to know that you have achieved change and that you are happy with your progress. I will provide you with timely and attentive communication that is both respectful and open-minded, constructive and fair.
