Hi, my name is Nichol. I am a Licensed Therapist, LMFT, experience working with children, adults, and families. My specialty is working with clients who may struggle with life transitions, emotional stressors, career issues, work/life balance concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism. As your therapist I will help to facilitate change by helping you identify your inner strength and voice. My therapy style is supportive and comforting. I focus on talking through feelings and concerns in a flexible unstructured style. I am available for messaging Monday - Friday and for live video on Tuesday evenings.
