About

I am a licensed clinical social worker, with over 10 years in the helping field. I have a wide range of experience from Gen. MH to Eating Disorder's Crisis. I have experience working with couples with infidelity and communication issues, I also have done trauma work and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, racial/multicultural issues, career challenges, Eating Disorders and self-harm.

My counseling style is warm and supportive, I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in labels, or in harsh self-criticism. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, EMDR and some DBT concepts. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
