I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with 30+ years of professional work experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that It takes courage to seek out therapy and work toward creating a more fulfilling and purposeful life by taking the steps toward creating healthy changes and getting rid of thoughts/behaviors and patterns that no longer work for you.
