As a mental health professional of several years, I do my uttermost to cultivate trust and develop rapport.

Authenticity is the bedrock of my clinical practice.
I see the therapeutic relationship as you being in the driver's seat and I coming along for the ride as a privileged guide.
My main focus is treating Depression and the various issues surrounding it. I also treat other mental health issues as well.
