I am licensed in Minnesota with 8 years of professional work experience stabilizing people’s lives and helping them transition back to a healthier and happier mind set and way of life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression. I'm particularly passionate about supporting individuals who are going through a lifechanging experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
