About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois. I have over 5 years of therapy and life coaching experiences. I have helped clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment. I have also helped clients with more specific life transition concerns such as career changes, marital/relationship problems, and parenting problems.

My style of therapy is very client-centered. I meet you where you are at with how you see your struggles. We understand it together and work to formulate a plan that will work for you. I primarily use cognitive behavioral interventions meaning we identify the thoughts that are affecting your mood and work toward changing or adapting those thoughts. I also am a social worker at heart and will incorporate how systems impact your well-being, those systems can be your family, work, society, etc. There is no one correct treatment for everyone, I will use my years of experience to give you a buffet of options so we can develop a treatment that is best for you.
