Hello! My name is Newzaira, which translates to someone who see's the good in others. Do you feel that at times you struggle with finding deeper meaning to life? Or that little things can trigger a large emotional response? Is it hard to draw kindness to your experiences and others around you? I help Muslims and those seeking spirituality to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together, we can embark on the journey towards Salaam (Peace). We'll use a whole-self approach by identifying your spiritual, mental, and physical needs. I also integrate mindfulness and contemplation as a way to develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with an existential crisis, difficulties within relationships, grief, trauma, I'm here to help. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion, humor, kindness, and humility.
